Return & Refund Policy
Our policy is 30 days: If your 30 days have gone by since you physically received the items, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return: your item must be unused/unworn, have all original tags attached, unwashed and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds: Refunds normally take 3-5 business days; you will receive store credit. You will receive your return label via email by the link below. You can print it at home and give it to your local mailman or drop it off at your local USPS box to return it back to us.
Order Cancellations & Changes: Once orders have been placed, they are packaged the same day from 4am-9pm Eastern Time. Once orders are placed there is a very small window to cancel or make changes. If your order has already been packaged, we cannot make any changes or cancel. However, once you receive your order and are eligible, we can process a return or refund. Please contact us at paulaannsco@gmail.com immediately if you need to cancel or change your order.
**You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Promo Codes: All promo codes, gift cards, or store credit must be used at the time of order placement. We can NOT adjust an order once it's been placed.
Final Sale: All final sale items are FINAL. Meaning these items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure you are looking out for these sales and double checking the sizes/color you choose.
